Product Designer

Product Designer | £55,000–£65,000 | Remote UK | London once per month

An established B2B SaaS business is looking for a mid-level Product Designe r to join its growing product organisation

You’ll work across a mature software platform used by professional teams to manage complex, process-heavy workflows. The product has plenty of depth, so the design challenge goes beyond making screens look good. You’ll be helping simplify complicated user journeys, improve existing functionality and shape new features from early discovery through to final UI.

You’ll join a multi-squad product team and work closely with Product Owners, engineers, other designers and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing new features and improving existing areas of an established SaaS plat
  • formTaking problems from early concepts and user flows through to polished UI
  • Working extensively in Figma
  • Contributing to and evolving an existing design system
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout delivery
  • Using research and customer insight to inform design decisions
  • Producing wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
  • Us ing AI tools within your design work flow to improve speed, exploration or quality
  • Helping maintain a high standard of usability, consistency and accessibility across the product
  • Contributing ideas and challenging product decisions where the user experience can be impr

oved

What they’re looking for

You’ll already have commercial product design experience, ideally wi thin B2B SaaS or another complex software pr oduct.

You should be comfortable owning pieces of work independently while still enjoying a collaborative product environment.

Strong experienc e with Figma and UI design is important, along with evidence that you can turn complicated workflows into clear, usable experiences.

Experience working with a design system is also required, whether that has involved contributing new components, improving existing patterns or ensuring consistency across a growing

product.

They’re particularly interested in designers who are already experimenti ng with AI as part of the design process, rather than treating it as something separate from their day-to-day work.

Experience with user research, workshops, design thinking methods and accessible design would all be useful.
