An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a growing consulting team delivering innovative digital transformation projects across a range of industries.

We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology - gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and working closely with delivery teams to bring them to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.

• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional designs.

• Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, layouts, etc.) without the need for code.

• Lead workshops, demos, and solution presentations with clients.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and fellow consultants to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

• Support testing, training, and post-deployment activities.

• Ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

• Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales, service, and marketing.

• Experienced in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are desirable.

• Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
