Product Security Engineer

A really interesting product, market leading org, involved in the robotics and automanous vehicles

The basics:

Up to £80-90k + 10% bonus (basically guaranteed).

Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in central Bristol (5 mins walk from train st.)

This role focuses on embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams to review code, identify vulnerabilities, perform threat modelling, support secure architecture reviews, and drive secure-by-design and shift-left practices. You'll also help improve secure coding standards, integrate security into CI/CD workflows, assess application-layer risks, and support logging and monitoring requirements.

We're looking for someone with experience in software development and application security, strong coding skills in C/C++, C# or Python, knowledge of OWASP Top 10 risks, Git-based development workflows, and Linux/Windows environments. Experience working with embedded or performance-sensitive systems is a plus.
