💰 £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience+ Training & Certification

Are you currently working in IT support or a helpdesk role, but want to move into development and project work

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a Support Developer position, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across both technical support and development projects.

🚀 About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting Business Central solutions while also getting involved in project-based development work.

This is ideal for someone who wants to bridge the gap between support and development.

You’ll be:

• Providing technical support to users and resolving system issues
• Assisting with bug fixes, enhancements, and minor development tasks
• Supporting project delivery alongside developers and consultants
• Learning how to build and improve Business Central solutions

🎓 Training & Certification (MB-840)

As part of your role, you’ll be enrolled in a structured 12-week Business Central Developer programme, where you will:

• Gain hands-on training in Dynamics 365 Business Central development
• Work alongside experienced developers and consultants
• Achieve the Microsoft MB-840 (Business Central Developer) certification
• Receive full support and funding for the certification (no cost to you)

This provides a clear pathway from support into a full developer role.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Background in IT support / helpdesk or similar
• Some exposure to development or coding (even basic)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with users and internal teams
• Eager to learn and grow into a developer role
