Cross-Training Opportunity in Performance Testing – Get Paid to Upskill!

Are you ready to pivot into a rewarding career in performance testing with one of the industry’s most prestigious clients? We’re offering a paid 8–10 week cross-training program , followed by a 2-year full-time placement where you’ll apply your new skills on real-world enterprise systems.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

As part of this program, you’ll be trained and placed into a performance testing role where you will:

• Use tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or similar to simulate high loads on REST applications.
• Manage Load and Stress Testing across web, REST, and standalone Java applications.
• Write and manage load test scripts using Python , Groovy , or similar scripting languages.
• Create and maintain bulk test data to support a variety of performance testing scenarios.

✅ Preferred Skills:

Candidates with the following experience will thrive in the program:

• API Testing using REST/SOAP and standalone Java APIs.
• Familiarity with Cucumber , Selenium , and other automation frameworks.
• Strong Java programming skills to build and customize test scripts and frameworks.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like APPD, JConsole to identify performance bottlenecks.
• SQL/database knowledge and understanding of performance tuning and query optimization.

Good to Have (But Not Mandatory):

• Ability to create dashboards and reports to communicate performance test results.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines like TeamCity or GitLab CI.
• A basic understanding of security testing principles .
