I'm working with an early stage start up who are utilizing LLMs, speech-to-text and automation to build the future of AI Voice Agents.

They are looking for a Senior Engineer to join them as their last founding engineer hire, who can step in and make a real impact.

They are YC backed, have a LOT of investment and have a team of Engineers with super successful careers so far.

What they need:

• Experience in early stage start ups, ideally as a founding engineer
• Experience using AI/ LLMs/ Agentic AI
• A product and user focused mindset
• Strong engineering experience with Python

About them:

• Small engineering team, 5 engineers currently, 13 overall in the business
• Onsite working, they are based in London (Old Street) and value in person working and collaboration
• Product mindset across the team- everyone is directly contributing to the growth and success of the product
• Competitive package- salary up to £140k plus equity
