Founding Software Engineer

We are working with a London-based AI company who are building the future of AI Voice Agents.

They do this by utilizing LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and automation at scale.

You would be joining a small but mighty Founding Engineering team of <10, working on real-world solutions, building them from the ground up with a cutting-edge tech stack.

Coming in at this early stage will enable you to truly shape the future and the culture of the company as they continue to grow and achieve great things. It is a truly exciting time to come on board.

You might just be a perfect fit if you meet some (or all) of the below criteria

You have solid programming fundamentals, and 3+ years of experience in either Python or TypeScript

You have worked in an early-stage startup, or with AI Voice or Event-Driven Systems

You love building and shipping products end-to-end, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty with front-end, back-end and infrastructure

You're an open-source enthusiast, or you have launched your own side-projects

London (hybrid)

£90-120k salary, private healthcare and self-development budget
