Founding Software Engineer

A YC-backed AI startup based out of Old Street (Shoreditch) are hiring a Founding Engineer to join their growing team.

They are building customer-centric Agentic AI tools for an industry yet to be disrupted by AI.

The scale of opportunity is huge, and as part of the deal you will be awarded very generous equity (1-1.5%).

You won't just be a Software Engineer here, you can expect to be out in the field, meeting your customers and making the changes they want you to make, with very short feedback loops.

You could be a fit if:

You have exceptional coding skills, ideally with Python and/or TypeScript

You're genuinely excited about working with LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and real-time automation

You're not afraid of putting in the work; this is an exceptional, close-knit team who collaborate in the office 5 days a week with a shared goal of building an exceptional company that will be hugely successful

You consider yourself a bar-raiser, with a proven track record of building successful products from the ground up
