Frontend Engineer (React/UX/UI) | £50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Equity | London (Hybrid)

High-growth scale-up building a platform that lets any broker and any insurer exchange risk without friction .

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and build data-rich dashboards that brokers and insurers rely on to trade millions in risk daily. You’ll combine engineering precision with design sensibility, turning complex data into intuitive, beautiful interfaces.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, collaborating closely with product and engineering, and owning features end-to-end from prototype to production.

Stack: React, Tailwind, Figma, Sketch, D3 / Recharts, API-first architecture

What you need:

• 2–7 years’ experience building production React applications
• Strong UX/UI sense and design-first mindset
• Experience building SaaS dashboards or data-heavy B2B applications
