We’re hiring two permanent Senior Technical Recruiters to join a mission-driven organisation building advanced software and AI across Europe. What you’ll do

• Run full-cycle searches for software and AI engineers across Europe
• Build strong pipelines and close exceptional talent
• Partner directly with senior engineering leaders on hiring needs and bar
• Keep pace without losing quality or candidate care
• Raise the bar on how hiring is done
