ERP Implementation Lead

Location: Waltham Cross, Herts (Travel to subsidiaries). Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Join Reynolds Catering, a leading foodservice provider, and play a pivotal role in delivering Infor M3 ERP solutions across our UK-wide operations — covering supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and contact centre functions. This is a unique opportunity to shape enterprise-wide transformation, working with a skilled internal software development team to implement integrated systems, reporting tools, and process improvements that scale.While experience with Infor M3 is preferred, we welcome applicants with backgrounds in other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, etc.) who bring strong functional expertise and a track record of successful ERP rollouts. Our subsidiaries are located across the UK. This role will require regular travel and, at times, extended stays on-site to support implementation, training and rollouts.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 (or other ERP systems) across Reynolds Catering and its subsidiaries.
  • Partner with business leaders to analyse, document, and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
  • Define and deliver future-state business processes aligned with best practice and company strategy.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
  • Coordinate with internal software developers to build integrations, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions, leveraging tools such as Spotfire.
  • Deliver end-user training and manage change initiatives to embed new processes effectively.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and support post-implementation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Significant experience leading ERP implementations across key operational areas such as supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution.
  • Proven ability to manage full ERP project lifecycles — from requirements gathering through to rollout and optimisation.
  • Strong process analysis and improvement skills, with the ability to document and communicate clearly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, driving engagement and accountability across project teams.
Desirable Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Infor M3, ideally across multiple functional modules.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Spotfire.
  • Technical understanding of SQL, APIs, and data migration tools.
  • Previous experience in a multi-site or group ERP rollout environment.
