The Role
As we continue our growth, we're looking for ambitious and motivated individuals located in the UK only to help us bring our story to life. You'll play a key role in introducing Rezolve Ai to the world's leading brands, supporting our global sales organization, and helping us scale across markets and verticals.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline by identifying and engaging prospects across Retail, DTC, QSR, and Hospitality segments. This is a fast-paced and strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves technology, and is eager to build a career in sales.Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Take ownership of building the top-of-funnel sales pipeline by sourcing and qualifying business prospects.
- High-Volume Outreach: Manage a high volume of activity, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Strategic Targeting: Use data-driven strategies to identify and engage the right personas within target accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align messaging, share learnings, and improve conversion rates.
- Personalization: Experiment and iterate to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions that clearly communicate Rezolve Ai's value.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on market response and prospect feedback to help shape messaging and go-to-market strategy.
- CRM Integrity: Accurately manage and maintain lead data in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools to ensure reporting integrity and pipeline visibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a related prospecting role.
- Track Record: A proven history of success generating pipeline and hitting performance metrics.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with enterprise personas.
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with Salesforce, Amplemarket, Parallel Dialing, multi-domain/multi-mailbox campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Domain Interest: A passion for AI, SaaS, and solving real-world enterprise problems.
- Pluses: * Experience with Conversational AI, Site Search, & Recommendations.
- Spanish, French, Italian, & Portuguese language capabilities.
