What you will be doing

• Lead Technical Design: Architect scalable, resilient workflow and production print solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Partner in Pre-Sales: Support sales teams with technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution validation.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee solution deployment, testing, and transition to operational support.
• Empower & Educate: Deliver training and knowledge transfer to Ricoh teams and customers across Europe.
• Drive Innovation: Influence Ricoh’s product roadmap and bring new ideas to life through customer insights and technical feedback.

You will ideally have

• Proven experience in technical consultancy or solution architecture within production print or workflow automation.
• Expertise in Fiery Controllers, DFEs, and end-to-end print workflows (job submission, RIP, finishing, automation) Desirable.
• Strong background in server, networking, and virtualisation environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence both technical and business audiences.
• A passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
• Willingness to travel across the Ricoh Europe geography.
