AI Analyst Prompters

Ripple is growing and we are looking for great people to join the team.

Ripple builds and deploys AI agent systems that run operations end-to-end. We simplify technology systems, automate high-volume operational work, and free teams to focus on growth. We are currently live in production with logistics businesses across North America, UK, Europe and the Middle East.

We're looking for two AI Analyst Prompters to join us at our Development Centre in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - one at junior level, one with more experience behind them.

Both roles are client-facing from the start. You'll work directly with Ripple's growing global client base, on video calls, across messaging platforms, building real relationships with operations teams in the US, UK, and beyond.

The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence is essential.

You'll work with clients to understand how their operations run, translate that into structured requirements, and use Ripple's platform to design and refine AI-powered solutions that save time, reduce costs, and add directly to the bottom line.

You don't need to arrive as an AI expert. You need to be analytical, curious, a strong communicator, and genuinely interested in what AI can do in practice. We'll invest in the rest.

AI Analyst Prompter — £28,000–£36,000 You'll lead client engagements, design and test prompts, map processes, and own delivery end-to-end. Experience in a client-facing or analytical role is an advantage.

Junior AI Analyst Prompter — £22,000–£28,000 An entry-level role for someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in AI. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues on live client work from day one.

Both roles are full-time and office-based at our Development Centre in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You'll work directly with the founders, so real responsibility from day-one.
