In this position, you will carry out electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties. Alongside this, you will act as the Qualified Supervisor for the team, ensuring work is compliant, signing off inspection and testing certificates, reporting notifiable works, and maintaining high-quality standards across all electrical activities.

This role is ideal for an Electrician with domestic or light commercial experience, ideally within housing or local authority settings, who is now seeking a role with additional responsibility, career security, and excellent employee benefits.

The Role:

• Carrying out electrical maintenance, upgrades, fault finding, and testing within housing properties
• Acting as Qualified Supervisor, ensuring compliance and signing off electrical work
• Overseeing and supporting a team of Electricians, ensuring high standards and resident safety
• Providing excellent customer service with a right-first-time approach
• Hybrid/ mobile role covering Manchester & surrounding areas

  The Person:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship (or equivalent craft qualification)
  • 18th Edition
  • Level 3 Inspection & Testing (Initial Verification & Periodic Inspection)
  • Experience in housing, social housing, or local authority environments preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence & own hand tools
