This company develops innovative SaaS solutions that solve complex operational challenges for businesses worldwide. With continued growth and multiple successful product lines, they're expanding their DevOps capability and looking to add a DevOps Engineer to the team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll work closely with software teams to automate and optimise processes, ensure system reliability, and enhance platform performance. You'll also take a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they occur and help mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps best practices. You'll be passionate about continuous improvement, infrastructure as code, and building secure, resilient systems that scale.

The Role:
*Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure to support SaaS platforms.
*Drive automation and CI/CD improvements using modern DevOps tooling and best practices.
*Ensure high availability, security, and zero-downtime deployment across production systems.
*Collaborate with developers and mentor junior engineers to foster a DevOps culture within the team.

The Person:
*Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and containerisation (Docker, ECS, or Fargate).
*Skilled in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) with a focus on reliability and scalability.
*Proven experience supporting large-scale, customer-facing SaaS environments.
*Passionate, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and secure engineering practices.
