This company specialise in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of audio visual and networking systems across commercial environments nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to strengthen their expert team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to step into a senior role, gain leadership experience, and maximise earnings through overtime and bonuses, all while working on varied and technically interesting projects.
The Role:
- Lead installation and commissioning of AV and networking equipment across commercial sites
- Oversee projects on-site, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
- Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- UK-wide travel with frequent overnight stays
- Ongoing specialist training on advanced AV systems and technologies
- Door-to-door pay, overtime, company van and fuel card
The Person:
- Experienced AV Engineer / Senior Installation Engineer
- Strong background in AV, structured cabling, or networking systems
- Previous experience leading projects or supervising engineers (desirable)
- Looking to progress within a specialist, growing industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
