The Opportunity

We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to play a key role in shaping and growing this innovative agency’s HubSpot offering. Working closely with the Managing Director and RevOps Director, you’ll help design, build and deliver HubSpot solutions that drive growth and transformation for a wide range of clients.

This is an opportunity to join a small, specialist team where your input will directly influence how the agency evolves. You’ll work on diverse projects — from complex CRM implementations and automation workflows to data reporting and strategy consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, configure and customise HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs.
• Lead discovery and consultation sessions, translating client goals into actionable HubSpot solutions.
• Deliver onboarding, migration, integration and optimisation projects.
• Design automation and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to deliver measurable results aligned with their business strategy.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HubSpot or CRM-focused role.
• Proven technical expertise in configuring and customising HubSpot across all Hubs.
• Experience working in an agency or HubSpot Partner environment.
• Strong understanding of automation, reporting and RevOps strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Consultative, commercially minded and passionate about driving client success.
