Own the platform. Drive business transformation. Shape the future of NetSuite.

Rise10 Recruitment is partnering with an established and growing organisation to recruit an experienced Oracle NetSuite SME. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a business-critical NetSuite ERP platform, acting as both the functional and technical lead responsible for its administration, optimisation, governance and continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the CFO, with a dotted line into the Interim CIO, you'll work closely with Finance, Operations and IT teams to ensure the ERP platform supports end-to-end business processes, delivers measurable value and remains scalable for future growth.

This role is ideal for a Senior or Lead NetSuite Administrator or Consultant looking to take the next step into full platform ownership with genuine influence over the system roadmap.

The Role

As the Oracle NetSuite SME, you'll be responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration and optimisation of the NetSuite environment while acting as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related queries, enhancements and technical improvements.

You'll combine hands-on NetSuite expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to deliver robust, scalable solutions that improve business efficiency and support ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the NetSuite platform, acting as the primary escalation point for all system-related issues and enhancement requests.
  • Administer and configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Inventory Management.
  • Configure workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, reports and saved searches.
  • Provide second and third-line support, troubleshooting issues and managing the internal support backlog.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using REST, SOAP or middleware solutions.
  • Lead release management, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver user training and maintain system documentation, configuration logs and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, governance limits and data integrity.
  • Identify and reduce technical debt, improving platform performance and maintainability.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement through workflows, scripts and process optimisation.
  • Establish NetSuite best practices and architectural standards across the business.

About You

  • You'll be a proactive, hands-on ERP professional who enjoys solving business problems through technology and building strong relationships with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 4+ years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Analyst or NetSuite Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring NetSuite, including workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards and reporting.
  • A solid understanding of ERP processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations.
  • SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) and SuiteCloud experience would be advantageous.
  • A degree in STEM, Business, Finance or a related discipline is desirable.

What's on Offer?

  • Hybrid working (2 days in the office each week following your onboarding period).
  • The opportunity to own and shape a business-critical NetSuite platform.
  • Exposure to the latest NetSuite functionality and integrations.
  • Involvement in exciting ERP transformation and continuous improvement projects.
  • A collaborative, supportive working environment.
  • Professional development and career progression opportunities.
  • Regular company social events and a positive team culture.
