Business Intelligence (BI) Manager - Berkshire

Location: Berkshire (Hybrid)

A leading European technology group is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to define and deliver a BI and data strategy - incorporating AI and advanced analytics - to enable smarter, data-driven decision-making across multiple international businesses.

As a key member of a newly formed BI Strategic Committee, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to standardise reporting, design impactful dashboards, and embed a data-led culture. This is a strategic yet hands-on position, ideal for someone who combines commercial awareness with strong BI, data, and systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a BI and reporting strategy
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and consistent reporting frameworks
• Drive adoption of AI and analytics solutions to improve performance
• Partner with senior leaders to identify commercial priorities
• Mentor a small BI team and manage external vendors

About You:

• Experienced in multi-country, multi-division organisations
• Strong technical background across BI tools (Power BI, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
