Project Coordinator

We’re working with a fantastic client on a niche Project Coordinator role that’s all about finding the right person—not just ticking boxes on a job spec.

They’re looking for someone with a natural flair for communication, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to bring people together to get things done. You don’t need to come from a project management background—what matters is that you’re proactive, solutions-focused, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Confident using Power BI and Excel to tell a story through data
• Experience in Power BI and Excel (you know how to turn data into action)
• Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Natural problem-solver who questions the status quo
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or project-based environments
• Comfortable wearing many hats—adapting, coordinating, supporting, and leading when needed

In this role, you'll:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
• Helping define project goals, tasks, and timelines
• Creating meaningful reports and insights using Power BI
• Leading communication between stakeholders, from shop floor to senior leaders
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting change initiatives
• Managing budgets, resources, and schedules
• Evaluating outcomes and celebrating progress (as well as learning from challenges)
