Airline Business Analyst - Contract

My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with BA stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements for AI solutions.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align BA objectives.

Support roadmap development and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively.

Ensure requirements and solution designs consider group-wide applicability and scalability across all OpCos.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Strong understanding of airline operations and data-driven transformation.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to produce clear documentation and actionable insights.

Significant experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate value.

Initial co-location with BA teams in London is essential to ensure close collaboration. Candidates must also be prepared to travel internationally during later stages to facilitate group-wide deployment.

Preferred Consulting-Level Competencies

Strategic thinking and problem-solving at enterprise scale.

Experience in transformation programs or consulting engagements.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage ambiguity.

Track record of creating high-impact outcomes and driving stakeholder satisfaction from day one.

Experience in multi-entity transformation programs and ability to harmonize processes across diverse business units.
