Overview:

Our client, a leading crypto exchange, is currently implementing a new compliance system and is seeking an experienced contractor to support the rollout. This is a short-term engagement focused on ensuring effective operational processes and business workflows are established within the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a new compliance system
• Review, design, and optimise operational processes within the platform
• Map and refine business workflows to ensure efficiency and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across compliance, operations, and technology teams
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and usability
• Assist with testing and validation of workflows within the system

Requirements:

• Prior experience within a crypto exchange or digital assets firms
• Strong understanding of process & workflow optimisation
• Experience supporting system implementations or transformations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:

• Familiarity with AML/KYC processes and regulatory frameworks
