Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years as a SailPoint specialist.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, REST APIs and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience integrating SailPoint with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow etc.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, ABAC, access certifications, provisioning and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Role

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Lead design, implementation and integration of SailPoint solutions into existing identity infrastructure.
• Customise SailPoint workflows, rules, roles, connectors and certifications.
