As Lead Technical Product Specialist – Salesforce, you will provide technical leadership, product ownership support, and people leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will ensure the Salesforce platform is stable, compliant, and continuously evolving in line with business priorities, while enabling your Chapter to work effectively within cross functional squads. You will play a key role in shaping how Salesforce solutions are analysed, designed, configured, delivered, and supported across Riverside, acting as a trusted technical leader for both business and technology stakeholders.About you We are looking for someone with • Proven experience in technical design leadership and people management within a product or platform environment. • Strong experience in product analysis, technical design, and solution delivery. • Demonstrable Salesforce expertise across Service Cloud, Non Profit Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Experience supporting Salesforce in medium to large scale implementations.Why Riverside?
