Job Title:  Platform & Application Change Delivery Coordinator Contract Type:  Permanent Salary: £50950.32 (£56138.96 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role) Working Hours:  35 hours per week, full time Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Location:  Liverpool, Speke

Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, service teams, and external partners to ensure that application and platform enhancements, configuration updates, and process improvements are well designed, impact assessed, documented, tested, and successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations.About you  We are looking for someone with  • Experience coordinating platform and application changes, configuration updates, or business process improvement activities • Strong understanding of business applications, workflows, and the relationship between process, data, and technology • Proven ability to map business processes using tools such as Visio or similar Why Riverside?  At Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
