3rd Line / Infrastructure Engineer

Robert Half have partnered to present a 3rd Line / Infrastructure Engineer vacancy. We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line & Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical support, maintain secure and reliable IT systems, and take ownership of complex technical issues. The role will also support the delivery of IT projects and work closely with colleagues to provide an excellent service to users.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in an ICT support or infrastructure environment.
• Strong 3rd line troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience supporting Windows devices, Chromebooks, Android devices and Microsoft environments.
• Good understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, switches and wireless.
• Experience with device management, deployment and IT service management systems.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, security and system monitoring.
• Experience contributing to IT projects, including technical implementation, planning and reporting.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and take ownership of issues.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and committed to ongoing learning.
• Willingness to travel between locations and a clean driving licence.
