AI Consultant

Robert Half Technology are assisting UK's market leading real estate organisation to recruit an AI Consultant to join a fast-paced organisation delivering a broad portfolio of AI initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can design, build and deploy AI solutions end-to-end, while also engaging confidently with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical outcomes.

Role

  • The AI Consultant will design, develop and deliver AI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Lead AI initiatives from discovery and proof of concept through to production deployment.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define use cases and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Build and implement AI agents within Azure to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver document intelligence solutions using Azure AI services, including document management and information extraction capabilities.
  • Develop and optimise internal call agent solutions to ensure interactions are aligned with intended objectives and outcomes.
  • Support end-to-end automation initiatives, including lease-to-lease process automation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's AI roadmap and identify opportunities for future innovation.
  • Champion usability and user experience considerations when designing AI-enabled solutions.
  • Operate effectively within a dynamic environment where priorities may evolve as initiatives develop.

Profile

  • The AI Consultant will have proven experience delivering AI solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in software engineering, with the ability to work hands-on throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents into production environments.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft technologies, including:
    • Azure AI Services
    • Azure AI Foundry
    • Microsoft Copilot technologies
    • Azure Document Intelligence
    • Azure-based agent frameworks and orchestration capabilities
  • Experience delivering document management and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using Cursor as part of the engineering and development workflow.
  • Exposure to Claude as a development productivity tool.
  • Understanding of usability, UX and human-centred design principles within AI solutions.
  • Experience across multiple programming languages and back-end technologies; no specific language background is required, provided you possess a strong software engineering foundation.
  • Previous experience delivering internal AI solutions that support customer-facing teams.
