OverviewRobert Half has partnered with a leading client undergoing a major digital transformation programme. We are seeking a Lead Copilot Adoption & AI Enablement Consultant to drive the strategic rollout, front-end implementation, and user adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.
This is a business-facing, front-end role focused on strategy, enablement, AI literacy, and value realisation. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and training skills with a solid conceptual understanding of how Copilot uses organisational data, documentation, and systems.
Key Responsibilities Copilot Strategy & Adoption- Lead the organisation's Copilot adoption and enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation roadmap.
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across productivity, knowledge access, documentation processes, and workflow automation.
- Establish measurable outcomes and adoption metrics.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, coaching, and best practice guidance to drive confident and responsible Copilot usage.
- Create prompt libraries, internal guides, playbooks, and tailored support materials.
- Act as the organisation's AI ambassador, supporting behavioural change and adoption.
- Advise on data readiness, documentation structure, permissions models, and governance considerations needed for effective Copilot performance.
- Support improvements to information architecture to enhance search, summarisation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Contribute to responsible AI usage guidance and governance standards.
- Build and refine lightweight Copilot Studio agents to support internal processes, knowledge queries, and documentation workflows.
- Support AI-driven automation such as:
- meeting summarisation
- automated presentation or document creation
- workflow and operational assistance
- internal system queries
- Work closely with business teams, transformation leads, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove adoption barriers.
- Communicate progress, opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership.
