What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and improve the Dynamics 365 CRM environment
  • Fix inefficient workflows and improve system design
  • Improve data quality and establish governance standards
  • Drive automation using Power Platform tools
  • Support integrations and resolve technical issues
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve adoption
  • Build documentation, structure, and best practice
What You'll Need
  • Strong Dynamics experience
  • CRM configuration and customisation skills
  • Power Platform exposure (Power Automate / Power Apps / Power BI beneficial)
  • Experience improving data quality and workflows
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with non-technical users
