B2B Growth Marketing Lead

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to support the growth and development of a digital product offering aimed at organisational customers.

In this role, you will focus on improving how new users and business customers engage with the product, helping drive adoption, retention, and long-term value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, shape solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and requires strong communication skills alongside a data-informed approach to decision-making.

This is a hybrid role, reporting into the Head of Marketing, based in London.

B2B Marketing Lead Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop key areas of the customer growth and product experience roadmap, including onboarding, purchasing journeys, and user engagement flows.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with commercial and customer-facing teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies to improve conversion, retention, and account growth.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics across the customer lifecycle (e.g. acquisition, activation, retention).
  • Plan and run experiments to test messaging, user journeys, and conversion strategies.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform prioritisation.
  • Improve onboarding experiences and support long-term customer success.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

B2B Marketing Requirements:

  • Experience in a B2B marketing, growth, or product-focused role within a digital or software environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly commercial and customer-focused functions.
  • Familiarity with modern growth approaches such as product-led or hybrid models.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with digital products or online platforms.
  • Technical awareness or experience with data and analytics tools.
