As our Billing Specialist, you'll do more than manage invoices you'll drive revenue, ensure operational precision, and support teams and clients across the UK. This is a role for someone who thrives on accuracy, loves solving problems, and wants to see the direct impact of their work every day.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end billing: prepare, review, and issue invoices with precision.

• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and outsourced partners across multiple regions and currencies.

• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure healthy cash flow.

• Reconcile discrepancies, troubleshoot billing issues, and provide proactive solutions.

• Maintain detailed billing records and support reporting for month-end, quarter end, and year-end processes.

• Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our global billing operations.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries.

What Makes You a Fit:

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations ideally in tech or consulting environments.

• Comfortable with multi currency invoicing and working with outsourced teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.

• Proficient with financial software and Excel; able to analyze and report data.

• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
