Business Analyst

Robert Half Technology are assisting UK's market leading financial services organisation to recruit a Cyber Security Business Analyst - Privileged Access Management (PAM) on a 6-12 month contract basis - Hybrid working - London based

Role

  • The Business Analyst will gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for CyberArk Secure Cloud Access (SCA) and Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Define secure access models covering identity-based access, Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP), Just-in-Time (JIT) access, approval workflows, role-based entitlements, and audit requirements.
  • Shape and document CyberArk Workflows (CYBR Flow) for access requests, approvals, entitlement management, and future integration with ServiceNow.
  • Define and standardise PAM policies, onboarding journeys, service catalogues, operating models, and reusable access patterns for cloud teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between security, architecture, engineering, governance, risk, and audit stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and controls.
  • Produce and maintain business requirements, process flows, governance artefacts, onboarding documentation, and service design deliverables.
  • Support automation and self-service initiatives by translating business requirements into scalable API-driven and Terraform-enabled access models.

Profile

  • The Business Analyst will proven experience as a Cyber Security Business Analyst delivering Privileged Access Management (PAM) programmes, ideally with CyberArk SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CyberArk Secure Cloud Access (SCA), Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), CyberArk Workflows, and cloud-based privileged access models.
  • Experience defining approval workflows, time-bound privileged access, governance controls, and audit-ready access processes within Azure and/or AWS environments.
  • Ability to translate complex security capabilities into business-consumable services, operating models, and onboarding frameworks.
  • Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven, or highly audited environments, engaging with risk, control, and audit functions.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration, secrets management, password rotation concepts, and large-scale PAM onboarding programmes is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across architecture, engineering, security, and governance teams.
