We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Corporate Actuarial (CA) workstream, partnering closely with senior actuarial stakeholders and delivery teams to translate complex actuarial change into clear requirements, designs and controlled delivery.
The OpportunityYou'll be the senior BA aligned to Corporate Actuarial within a large-scale transformation programme, supporting: Redesign of actuarial models and the end-to-end model lifecycleDelivery of new governance, model change processes and Finance/Actuarial roles and responsibilitiesImplementation and integration of actuarial tooling, modelling platforms and data storesIntegration with a new finance platform, including Oracle FusionMultiple cross-functional releases spanning Finance, Actuarial and OperationsThis is not a greenfield requirements role. The programme is already in delivery, requirements are largely defined, and multiple releases are progressing across the TOM, processes and technology landscape.
The role is about bringing clarity, structure and control to delivery - working with senior stakeholders to navigate dependencies, refine requirements where needed and ensure complex actuarial change is delivered effectively.
What we're looking forStrong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex transformation programmesExperience working closely with Corporate Actuarial / Actuarial stakeholdersAbility to translate complex actuarial change into clear, actionable requirements and deliverablesStrong understanding of process, operating model, systems and data changeExcellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior business and technical stakeholdersExperience working in a fast-paced delivery environment with multiple dependencies and releasesExposure to actuarial modelling platforms, model lifecycle/governance or finance transformation would be highly beneficialRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
