Business Analyst - Workday

On behalf of Protiviti, a global business consulting firm, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven Workday expertise to join our client on a hybrid contract basis. This is a rolling 3-month contract that may be shortened or extended depending on the client's requirements. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering requirements, analysing processes, and supporting the successful delivery of Workday-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday modules.

• Analyse current HR, payroll, and related processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.

• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Produce clear documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Assist with change management and end-user training.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Workday exposure (HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, or other modules).

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Skilled in documenting requirements, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Knowledge of HR or payroll processes highly desirable.

• Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage competing priorities.
