Enterprise Business Architect – Insurance Transformation

📍 Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Robert Half is supporting a leading insurance client in the search for an experienced Enterprise Business Architect / Senior Change Manager to join a major transformation programme.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the insurance industry (including life or reinsurance), and a proven ability to design and implement operating models that enable future business success.

🔍 The Role

You will play a key role in shaping what the future business needs to look like - from departmental structure and technology through to core business functions and long-term sustainability.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and SMEs, you will define and deliver a target operating model that supports growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Define and design the future state operating model across departments and functions
• Assess current processes, systems, and organisational structures to identify gaps
• Work closely with technology and business teams to ensure alignment between systems and operations
• Support large-scale business change and transformation initiatives
• Help ensure the business is structured to support future growth and sustainability

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Business Architect, Senior Change Manager, or Senior Project Manager
• Proven experience within insurance, life insurance, or reinsurance environments
• Experience designing and implementing target operating models (TOM)
• A detail-oriented individual with strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement at C-suite and SME level
