Robert Half are working with a leading consultancy who are seeking a talented Business Change & Transformation Senior Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving organisational change, and delivering measurable transformation outcomes across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in delivering business change and transformation initiatives across people, process, technology, data, and governance.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business objectives, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyse current operating models, business processes, and customer or employee journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assess operational inefficiencies, transformation impacts, and business risks, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather, interpret, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Design and support the implementation of target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and business change strategies.
  • Contribute to organisational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables including reports, business cases, presentations, implementation plans, and recommendations.
  • Support programme governance, project management, and transformation delivery activities.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in business change, transformation, operational improvement, programme delivery, or management consulting environments.
  • Exposure to organisational change, process optimisation, operating model transformation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels and building strong client relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of project financials, resourcing, and delivery management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently while also thriving within collaborative project teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
