Business Systems Analyst

Exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing organisation based near Chippenham supporting a variety of business systems and applications, offering circa £60-70,000 DOE plus hybrid working.

The role

The Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for:

• develop and maintain business systems (including ERP, MES, CRM, data, web solutions etc.)
• support and troubleshoot applications, as well as systems configuration
• act as a systems champion across the organisation (optimising processes, change mgt, continuous improvement)
• work cross functionally with various teams and 3rd parties

About you

Applicants for the Business Systems Analyst role will have:

• relevant experience gained in a similar systems support role, with experience supporting ERP, MES and other business systems
• hands-on technical application development skills for support, as well as experience of systems integration (e.g. APIs)
• excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for process & continuous improvement
