Role
Reporting into the CFO, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, providing commercial insight to support revenue growth and key business initiatives.
You will take ownership of the Commercial Finance and FP&A functions, leading the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes. A key part of the role will be designing and improving scalable financial models, reporting and automated processes that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning as the business continues to grow.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR performance, revenue growth, customer trends and commercial drivers to support strategic decision-making. You will identify opportunities, risks and trends, establish meaningful KPIs and performance measures, and provide actionable insights to drive profitable growth.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Commercial Finance Manager vacancy will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Strong analytical, organisational, written and verbal communication skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and influencing skills with ability to simplify complex problems and build solution are desired. This role will be based in East London with Hybrid working policy.
