Contract Support Lead

Company

This is an established and growing IT management business based in London, operating across the UK & internationally. They provide a number of IT and facility management solutions across the globe, supporting a wide variety of clients in high quality servicing.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a new position as a Contract Support Lead, to join their dynamic finance team on a remote working basis.

Role

The Contract Support Lead will play an integral part of the team ensuring effective management of contract documentation, financial processes and reporting between internal/external clients. They will take on a number of key duties including:

  • Assist with the preparation, management, and review of contract documentation.
  • Maintain contract registers and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) in line with budget.
  • Raise and track POs and invoices, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Support the Business in managing the profit and loss (P&L).
  • Maintain up-to-date records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Schedule regular reviews with stakeholders to assess performance of contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

Profile

The ideal profile for this Contract Support Lead position, should have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years of experience working within a similar contract support role, ideally within a lead / senior position.
  • Proven experience taking ownership of contracts & engaging with stakeholders.
  • Industry experience within facilities management or similar organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using finance systems such as SAP/Oracle highly beneficial.
  • Confident with the use of Excel.
