Role: Data Analyst Rate: Competitive Location: Gloucestershire Contract Length: Initially 3 months Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on-site)

My client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team on an initial three-month contract. This role will support the day-to-day running of the data function, delivering management reporting, business analysis and data-driven insights across the organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business performance, reporting and ongoing data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce management reports and business performance dashboards.
• Analyse operational and financial data to support decision-making.
• Support forecasting and budget planning activities.
• Assist with data migration.
• Extract, manipulate and present data from legacy and modern business systems.
• Support wider business analysis initiatives across the organisation.
• Contribute to ongoing digital transformation and AI initiatives.

Experience Required

• Strong experience using Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to analyse, manipulate and present data effectively.
• Commercial awareness and strong numerical skills.
• Experience working with financial and operational data.
• Ability to learn and work with new systems quickly.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
