ERP Manager

Robert Half are working with a client recruiting for an ERP Manager within Lincolnshire

• Own the performance, support and roadmap of core business systems, including ERP, warehouse scanning, route planning, mailing solutions, SharePoint and related platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, system adoption and business outcomes.
• Ensure appropriate business continuity, disaster recovery, security and regulatory compliance across business systems.
• Oversee warehouse systems and handheld scanning solutions to support accurate stock and operational processes across sites.
• Manage suppliers, contracts, licences, SLAs and escalations to ensure quality, value and timely resolution.
• Monitor business systems support tickets and ensure effective service delivery.
• Work closely with infrastructure and support teams to deliver a joined-up IT service and one-team approach.

• Experience managing ERP and wider business systems in a complex operational environment.
• Experience managing system integrations, customisations and third-party vendors.
• Good understanding of change control, release management, service delivery and compliance.
• Experience supporting warehouse-related systems and operational business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a business-partnering capacity.
