Event Marketing Manager

We're looking for an Event Marketing Manager to lead content and event programmes that build demand, strengthen relationships, and support commercial outcomes. This Event Marketing Manager role is a hands-on role that blends events, content, and storytelling.

The Event Marketing Manager, based in London, will create experiences and narratives that move prospects and customers through the sales funnel, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Ideally, the Event Marketing Manager will have B2B SaaS experience and a background delivering multi-region marketing and demand-gen campaigns. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days per week in the London office).

Event Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full events calendar: owned events, field marketing, partner and industry events.
  • Design events that support relationship-building from early awareness to late-stage deals.
  • Oversee logistics, suppliers, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Lead event promotion and follow-up across social, email, and content.
  • Create content that builds trust and supports the buyer journey.
  • Deliver content across LinkedIn, blogs, video, newsletters, product updates, and campaign assets.
  • Align content and events with active deals and sales priorities.
  • Track engagement signals and optimise based on performance.
  • Support simple design needs (e.g., social graphics, presentations).
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
  • Maintain clear workflows and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to increase speed and scalability.
Ideal Event Marketing Manager Profile:
  • 3+ years in events, content, brand, or marketing roles within tech or a high-growth environment.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proven experience running events end-to-end.
  • Confident creating content and managing social channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and proactive working style.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, lean team environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
