Location: London (Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

We're a high-growth SaaS company scaling fast, and we're looking for a FULL STACK Engineer to join our team. This is a chance to shape products used by thousands of customers, working with modern tools and a team that values craftsmanship, speed, and impact.

Hybrid Working in the City of London, London. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. (more flex on offer if needed on the odd occasion such as visiting family locally or abroad)

What You'll Do

• Build and scale complex, high-performing web applications with Next.js and React
• Collaborate with design and product to create polished, intuitive, responsive interfaces
• Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and scalability across platforms
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and design discussions
• Champion best practices in frontend engineering, testing, and CI/CD
• Mentor and support teammates to raise the engineering bar

What We're Looking For

• at least 3+ years of FULL STACK engineering experience with React (Next.js a big plus)
• Strong eye quality and detail
• Are an experienced full-stack engineer with hands-on expertise in our core stack:

Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React/Next.js

• Are pragmatic and customer-focused, you know "delivering value" often beats "perfect architecture"
• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and enjoy translating business needs into technical decisions
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership from idea to deployment
• Want to work on real-world problems that make logistics faster, smarter, and more human
• Solid knowledge of Customer Centric Products
• Great communicator who can collaborate across disciplines
