Field Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Marketing Executive to join a growing B2B business. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering field marketing initiatives, managing events, executing campaigns, creating content, and supporting wider lead generation activities.

Working closely with senior marketing leaders, you'll gain early responsibility and exposure to a high-performing marketing function, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in B2B marketing.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Chelmsford (3x days a week in the office).

Field Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver both third-party and company-led events from planning through to execution.
  • Manage suppliers, venues, merchandise, logistics, shipping, and on-site event coordination.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Capture and repurpose event content including photography, video, and customer interviews.
  • Liaise with partners, customers, speakers, and external stakeholders.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital channels, including organic and paid activity.
  • Create and coordinate campaign assets using established messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Track performance and contribute to campaign reporting.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Repurpose content from campaigns, events, and customer success stories to maximise engagement.
  • Support website updates, email marketing, CRM administration, and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Ideal Field Marketing Executive Profile:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B technology or industrial environment.
  • Strong interest in field marketing, event management, and campaign execution.
  • Experience supporting events, campaigns, and content marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
