Finance Transformation Lead BST11 ERP - Finance TransformationAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced BST11 Project Manager to play a key role in a major BST11 ERP and Finance transformation programme.

The role will provide strong project management, PMO governance and delivery leadership, with a particular focus on the Finance ERP workstream.

Working across Finance, Technology, Operations, Project Management and external implementation partners, you will ensure the programme is effectively planned, governed and delivered against agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Project ManagementLead and coordinate BST11 ERP projects and workstreams through the full project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and issues.

Coordinate ERP configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, cutover and go-live.

Work closely with implementation partners and internal technology teams. Drive actions, decisions and dependencies through to resolution.

Support post-go-live stabilisation and transition to BAU.Finance ERP TransformationWork closely with Finance stakeholders and SMEs across: General LedgerAccounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableProject AccountingBilling and InvoicingRevenue and Cost ManagementCash ManagementFinancial ReportingManagement AccountingProject ProfitabilityForecastingTime and ExpenseFinancial Controls and ReconciliationsEnsure Finance requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and translated into effective BST11 ERP solutions. PMO & GovernanceEstablish and maintain robust PMO governance.

Own RAID, dependency, decision and action logs.

Produce weekly and monthly programme reporting.

Prepare Steering Committee and Programme Board materials.

Track budget, forecast, resources and delivery performance. Manage change control and scope governance.

Provide clear visibility of programme progress, risks, issues and delivery confidence.

Ensure project documentation and governance standards are consistently maintained.

About YouEssential ExperienceProven experience as an ERP Project Manager, ERP PMO Lead or Senior PMO professional.

Strong experience delivering Finance ERP implementations or transformation programmes.

Experience working in a project-driven organisation, ideally within AEC, engineering, environmental consulting, professional services or consulting.

Strong understanding of Finance processes and project accounting.

Experience managing complex projects with multiple business and technology workstreams.

Strong project governance, planning and reporting capability.

Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, scope and change.

Experience with data migration, testing, integrations and ERP go-live.

Experience working with implementation partners and third-party suppliers.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
