This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the finance function of a high-growth organisation.

The role: As Financial Accountant, you will be a vital member of the finance team, supporting the Finance Manager and leadership team with financial reporting, controls, and process improvements. You'll work across the business, gaining exposure to commercial decision-making while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and statutory reporting

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

• Streamlining finance systems and processes to support growth

• Providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions

About you:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a growing, dynamic business where processes evolve

• A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
