We're partnering exclusively with a high-growth fin-tech platform that's reshaping private markets. After relying on a third-party for fund financial operations, they're now ready to bring this critical function in-house - and hiring their first Fund Controller to lead the charge.

As the first in-house Fund Controller, you'll take full ownership of fund accounting and operations. You'll lead the transition from outsourced to in-house, design scalable systems, and build the fund finance team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape infrastructure from day one in a tech-forward, investor-backed fintech.

• Own fund accounting, reporting, and operations for all managed funds

• Oversee NAVs, capital calls, distributions, fee models, and waterfall calculations

• Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting

• Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance

• Transition operations in-house and implement scalable systems

• Hire and mentor a high-performing fund finance team

• 3-5+ years in fund accounting/controller roles (PE, VC, or similar)

• Experience managing third-party fund administrators and audits

• Strong technical knowledge of fund reporting standards

• Systems-savvy; comfortable with fund tech tools

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

• Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and solutions-focused

• Up to £120,000 base salary
