As a Graduate Consultant, you could build your career across one of our key consulting solutions: Internal Audit and Financial Advisory, Business Performance Improvement, Legal, Risk and Compliance, or Technology Consulting. You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients and sectors, including financial services, consumer goods, payments, technology, media and telecommunications, private equity, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, leisure and travel.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for graduates who ideally have a minimum 2:2 degree** and a grade 5 or above in GCSE English and Maths, with a keen interest in consulting. You do not need to have all the answers at this stage; we are interested in your potential, curiosity, motivation, willingness to learn and desire to collaborate with clients across a range of sectors. During the recruitment process, we will take time to understand which solution area you may be best aligned to, so please tell us as much as you can about yourself in the application form.

Your development will be a priority from day one. You will be expected to undertake the CFAB qualification with the dedication required to pass the associated exams over your two-year training period. This qualification will be integral to your development as a confident consultant, and you will also have the opportunity to undertake further relevant professional qualifications depending on the area you specialise in. Throughout your qualification journey, you will receive ongoing support, guidance and encouragement.
