Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, based in Central London, you will play a key role in delivering measurable marketing impact across digital channels, martech operations, and demand generation activity.

This is a hands-on role that combines tactical execution with strategic judgement. You'll ensure that brand, product, and sales narratives are executed effectively across digital-first channels, acting as the link between strategy, martech, creative, and delivery.

You will thrive in a fast-moving environment where creativity, commercial thinking, and data-driven decision-making come together. You're someone who enjoys owning delivery end-to-end, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and shipping work that performs, not just work that looks good.

This is a hybrid role based in Central London requiring 3x days in the office.

Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid media, email, ABM, events) to drive pipeline growth.
  • Own day-to-day campaign management across digital platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Align campaign activity with commercial and sales objectives to generate qualified leads and accelerate opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise the marketing technology stack, including automation workflows and integrations.
  • Ensure lead capture, routing, and lifecycle processes are efficient, automated, and aligned with sales teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Apply AI tools and methods proactively to enhance campaign performance, speed, and productivity.
  • Ensure that campaigns and messaging reflect brand positioning and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to shape and deliver the annual marketing plan.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to deliver aligned, commercially focused campaigns.
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns and channels, presenting insights that clearly connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, martech innovations, and AI developments.
Ideal Growth Marketing Manager Profile:
  • 3+ years' experience in a B2B Enterprise Software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in hands-on campaign execution and demand generation.
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot, paid media platforms, lead generation tools, analytics, and automation.
  • A practical and proactive approach to adopting and using AI within marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • A creative mindset combined with disciplined execution and optimisation.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience marketing to telecoms, ecommerce, or financial services organisations is an advantage; experience in emerging markets (e.g., Africa, LATAM) is also a plus.
